Cancellation Policy
48 hour cancellation is required, anything under 48 hours will result in a 50% service fee. (Exceptions will apply)
No call no show will result in a full service charge, and may no longer be considered for future appointments.
Clients who arrive 15 min late or more may be required to pay a late fee (exceptions will apply)
Clients who arrive 30 min late will need to forfeit their appt and will have to reschedule .A late fee will also be applied (exceptions will apply)
